Dianne Rechel, Director of Music Ministries

Let us introduce you to our new Director of Music Ministries, Dianne Rechel (pronounced Rayshell).  She lives nearby in West Hartford and has had a variety of experiences, mostly of an interim nature with piano and organ.  Dianne attended Hartt School of Music as a Piano Performance/Music History major.  At the time we were looking for a new director, three churches had approached her.  She evaluated all three and is excited to join our church where she likes the people and thinks we have a lot of potential. She is bubbling over with new ideas to share about how we might broaden the musical experience for all of us and invite the surrounding community to share it with our congregation.  She asked some interesting questions about what we had done in the past and feels she has a good support system of people with whom she has worked and felt some may follow her here.  Dianne wants to continue to grow and help develop the talent in the church.  Please help her feel welcome when she joins us November 16th.  Her first Sunday will be November 20th.
