37th annual Rummage Sale coming to Avon Congregational Church on April 12-13
The Avon Congregational Church’s legendary annual Rummage Sale promises to have treasures for everyone! The 37th annual sale is Friday, April 12 (6 p.m. - 9 p.m.) and Saturday, April 13 (9 a.m.–1 p.m.). On Friday, admission is $5 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and $2 from 7 to 9 p.m. On Saturday, admission is $2 and items are half-price. 

The Rummage Sale features quality items and unbeatable prices: furniture, jewelry, collectibles, housewares, books, toys, linens, sporting goods, and more (no clothing). There may be antiques among the tables stocked high with bargains. The sale is known throughout the Farmington Valley for variety, quality, and tidy arrangement.

We’re now collecting donations for our fabulous rummage sale. Check your attic, basement and closet for those special items. 

We are accepting furniture, jewelry, toys, linens, sporting goods, home decor & garden items, collectibles, kitchen wares & small appliances, books, and crafts.  Items should be clean and in good condition. 

Drop off your donations on Sunday, April 7, from noon to 3 p.m. and on Monday, April 8 through Wednesday, April 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. 

We are NOT accepting clothing, sofas, large appliances, large exercise equipment, holiday decorations, skis, tires, luggage, mattresses or pads, drapery cornices, computers, old baby equipment, CRT televisions, VHS & cassette tapes or text books.
